Hawker Chan

Starting from its humble beginning in 2009, Hawker Chan has evolved from a quick service to casual dining restaurant concept, uplifting the hawker dining experience yet keeping the original Singaporean favorites everyone loves. Recognized by Michelin Guide Singapore and awarded one Michelin Star for its world-famous Soya Sauce Chicken recipe garnering titles of "The World's First Hawker Michelin-starred Meal" and "The Cheapest Michelin-starred Meal in the World" in July 2016. Hawker Chan continues to champion in serving original and authentic Singaporean favorites, rooted in Chef Chan's belief that good food should be made simple and affordable.
